With a focus on workforce and affordable housing, we recognize that communities thrive upon the proximity of our homes to restaurants, grocery stores, and other places of convenience.
We seek investment opportunities to create lasting environments.
Through decades of experience managing complex projects across many product types, we have established a formulaic, hands-on approach to navigating developments, from inception through years of ownership. Our Development Services team is well equipped to help you navigate the challenges and opportunities associated with your development concept.
The single largest line item in any development budget is construction cost. We are solution-oriented, and understand how to make the numbers work, while delivering on the vision.
Chuck Hollis, CCIM
Chuck has been involved in Real Estate and entrepreneurial endeavors from a very young age. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Central Florida, and prior to graduation, was recruited by the Centex Corporation, where he was instrumental in the development of various master planned communities in the Orlando area. In that role, Chuck gained knowledge and proficiency about how to drive development results through the execution of an efficient construction cycle.
Having moved to Peoria, IL in 2005, Chuck joined the team at a boutique Real Estate Development and Venture Capital firm. Notable within their portfolio, a large 7 parcel assemblage, mixed use re-development, and the conversion of a 56 mile freight rail line to a hiking/biking trail. With full responsibility over the company's real estate assets, the firm prospered significantly through a challenging economic landscape. Under Chuck's leadership, the portfolio grew to include senior housing, student housing, and other multi-family assets.
In 2016, the opportunity presented itself to return to Orlando. Since that time, he has been involved, as a principal, in the development of over 1,100 apartment units, as well as commercial property, with a market value of approximately $300,000,000.
Since 2009, Chuck has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
