Chuck Hollis, CCIM
Chuck has been involved in Real Estate and entrepreneurial endeavors from a very young age. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Central Florida, and prior to graduation, was recruited by the Centex Corporation, where he was instrumental in the development of various master planned communities in the Orlando area. In that role, Chuck gained knowledge and proficiency about how to drive development results through the execution of an efficient construction cycle.
Having moved to Peoria, IL in 2005, Chuck joined the team at a boutique Real Estate Development and Venture Capital firm. Notable within their portfolio, a large 7 parcel assemblage, mixed use re-development, and the conversion of a 56 mile freight rail line to a hiking/biking trail. With full responsibility over the company's real estate assets, the firm prospered significantly through a challenging economic landscape. Under Chuck's leadership, the portfolio grew to include senior housing, student housing, and other multi-family assets.
In 2016, the opportunity presented itself to return to Orlando. Since that time, he has been involved, as a principal, in the development of over 1,100 apartment units, as well as commercial property, with a market value of approximately $300,000,000.
Since 2009, Chuck has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. His professional affiliations in the community include the UCF Real Estate Council, Central Florida District CCIM and CREW Orlando. Philanthropic endeavors include service with various agencies that focus on helping kids thrive to achieve their greatest potential.

Alexis Khazzam is a dedicated entrepreneur located between Fl and IL. Over the years, he has been the leader of several businesses, including founding/owning Cualinet, Junction City lifestyle center, AppsCo and Alpha Jeep & Motorsports. Outside of these ventures, Alexis is most proud of what he gives back to his community. Originally from Milan, Italy and having lived and worked in Barcelona for 12 + years, Alexis is fluent in Italian, Spanish and English and has working knowledge in French and Portuguese.
Building on a business partnership of nearly 2 decades, he was recently appointed to the role of Chief Investment Officer of 3rd Wave Development, a Florida based real estate development firm primarily focused on multi-family assets. With a rapidly growing pipeline of new opportunities, Alexis will lead the strategic placement of capital required to execute on the company's business model.
Additionally, Alexis Khazzam leads Corporate & Investor relations for the e2 companies. e2 Companies is an ESG focused organization providing energy resiliency, and efficiency through technology driven risk management.
With his leadership, work is well under way toward bringing ESG based innovations to multi-family communities across the country and around the world.
